Summary
Lin Chu, a pragmatic engineering student, was obsessed with a popular novel. She found the story’s ultimate villain incredibly compelling—so much so that when the plot forced him into a corner and coerced him into marrying a “green tea” lotus (a manipulative hypocrite), Lin Chu couldn’t help but vent her frustrations at the character in the comments.
Then, the world went black.
When she opened her eyes, she had become that very same manipulative woman! In the original plot, this character threw a tantrum on her wedding day, tried to elope, and successfully managed to get herself killed almost instantly.
Lin Chu: “…”
Stay calm. Don’t panic.
Looking at her new “husband”—the future villain who had just returned from the battlefield covered in wounds—she realized this was her only chance. To change her fate as cannon fodder, she was going to have to cling to this man’s legs for dear life.
